14.11.19 – 11.01.20
From 14 December 2019 - 11 January 2020 Daniel de Paula's work is exhibited at Galleria Francesca Minini in Milan, Italy.
Titled as the control of things over subjects is the control of subjects over themselves, the exhibition reflects on the forms of power and control that space creates. By shedding light on the appropriation of elements that are part of the environment which surrounds us, de Paula points out that art is a commodity, and plays an equal role in the reproduction of the catastrophic social relations that control us.
