Presentation and workshops Warren Neidich 12, 13 December

On invitation by Van Eyck participants Steve Bowden en Carl Haase, Warren Neidich will be coming to the Van Eyck on the 12 and 13 December to facilitate a workshop for Steve Bowden and Carl Haase’s magazine (Broadsheet) issue on The Lens. The project is called “University without Walls”.

Warren Neidich is a Berlin and Los Angeles based post-conceptual artist, thinker and writer who explores the interfaces between cultural production, brain research and cognitive capitalism.
On 12 December at 11:00 a.m. he will give a lecture about the cognitive turn in Cognitive Capitalism illustrated by the works in the workshop. 
Starting at 1:30 p.m. there will be a rehearsing of the “Drawing Project” where participants will be drawing on the walls in the project space of the Academy.
13 December 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. there will be a workshop and a performance in the afternoon  called “The Minds Eye”
